Thank you for your interest in downloading one of our applications, MyCopeDiary,
Connect360, and/or MS Care. Before proceeding, please read the following information
regarding the use of the applications and the handling of your data.
Patient Plus (116 Kifisias Ave & Davaki 1, Athens 115 26, Greece) is responsible for the
content and operation of the above applications.
Patient Plus fully complies with applicable data protection laws, including the General
Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable national legislation, and
implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
Data Collection and Processing
Upon installation, certain technical information may be transmitted to the application
store used (e.g., Google Play or App Store), such as:
• country
• operating system version
• system language
• device type
• application version
• download timestamp
The applications are intended for personal use only and are not recommended for use by
more than one individual.
Data processing related to the operation of the applications is carried out by Patient Plus,
which is solely responsible for user registration on the Vida24 monitoring platform,
provided through VIDAVO S.A.
Any personal data collected is used solely for the operation of the applications and is not
shared with third parties, unless required by applicable law.
Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the operation of each application or for as
long as the user participates in the respective program.
Users may request deletion of their data at any time.
Upon deletion or uninstallation of the application, data is deleted or anonymized and
cannot be recovered, unless otherwise required by law.
User Rights
Users have the right to:
• access their personal data
• request correction
• request deletion
• restrict processing
Users may request a copy of their data, where technically feasible, by contacting Patient
Plus.

Patient Plus implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect

version always available.
